Waji's Cajun Meat Seasoning

‘I have never been into Cajun country, and only dipped my tongue into Cajun cooking but this is an authentic recipe from New Orleans. I use whole herb leaves, they are gentler than powdered ingredients. This seasoning is sweet, hot and salty.’

Coat one or both sides of meats then oven roast, grill, pan-fry or barbeque.
Add a teaspoon to tomato-based casserole. It lifts vegies.
Sprinkle over whole mushrooms while they’re pan-frying, hot french fries or potato skins.

My Cajun Meat Seasoning is
Paprika, sea salt, vegetable salt, powdered chilli, cayenne peppers, dried garlic, sugar,
rosemary and thyme leaves; mixed and pulverized. Keep your powder dry. 60g.
